Graham is one of the world’s first plus-size high-fashion models and has helped bring the body positivity movement to new heights. She’s been documenting her pregnancy on Instagram with her signature wit and honesty, and we can only imagine she’ll continue doing so as a new mother.

Here are just some of the reasons why she’s going to be an amazing mum…

1. She’ll teach body positivity

In a world where we’re bombarded with images of how we should look and what we should weigh, Graham has been at the forefront of the body positivity movement. She strongly advocates for greater size inclusivity, both in the media and in shops.

Graham is often praised for keeping it real on Instagram, posting pictures of her cellulite and stretch marks – a marked difference to many other models you see online. What could be a better example for her son?

2. She’s a businesswoman

There’s no denying Graham is a hard worker. She’s forged a hugely successful career for herself as a model, and has since branched out into presenting and designing.

Graham has designed multiple lines of bathing suits for Swimsuits For All, and recently she launched a 16-piece collection of wedding dresses with Pronovias. She’s making a name for herself on the designing side of fashion, all the while keeping her values of inclusivity in mind.

3. She was fun during pregnancy…

…so surely she’ll be fun in motherhood?

4. She advocates a healthy and balanced lifestyle

If you have a look at Graham’s Instagram, she’s regularly working out and eating healthy food. She’s a big advocate for the positive mental and physical effects of exercise, and last year launched her own fitness series on YouTube called Thank Bod. This was all about encouraging people to workout and take the opportunity to shout out to your body and all it can do for you – rather than just exercising to look a certain way.

Being healthy doesn’t mean Graham doesn’t have fun – as well as smoothies, she’ll also post videos of her eating burgers, which will hopefully help foster a balanced relationship with food in her son.

5. She’s close with her family

Not only are Graham and her husband super cute, but she’s also very close to her family. In fact, she even enlisted her mother Linda Graham to join her in a campaign for Swimsuits for All. We’re sure her new baby will be able to rely on a lot of support from the Graham clan.
